Refund Policy

Refunds
We have a no refund policy. All made to order, custom/personalized products, and gift cards or certificates are final sale only. In stock products are available for exchange only.

Returns/Exchange
No returns will be accepted after 10 of you receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn on an animal, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is in charge of the return shipping fee.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered only within the United States, and orders must be over $100 in order to qualify for free shipping. Free shipping excludes international shipping and clearance items.

Some of our products are instock and are ready to ship, but made to order items currently take 3-4 weeks to be made and shipped. Be mindful that turn around times can change as we get into busier holidays. I will update the website for current turn around times.

All products (except all hardware) are handmade in the United States by myself. I order mohair from U-Braid-It Braiding Supply Co. in New Mexico, so out of stock colors are bond to happen.

If you need something by a certain date, please message me and I will see what I can do, there will be an additional rush fee of $50 to expedite your order! Thank you for shopping!

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee certain delivery dates, and we cannot control any holdups/delays on shipments. Delays are common in international shipments as they go through customs and unfortunately that is out of our control. Delays are also common during the holiday season. No made to order products will be accepted after Thanksgiving, this ensures I have enough time to get Christmas orders out. In stock products ordered after December 15th can not be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
